Dollar to Naira exchange rate today, May 10, 2026

The Nigerian naira maintained relative stability against the United States dollar in both the parallel and official foreign exchange markets on Saturday, May 10, 2026.

At the Lagos parallel market, also known as the black market, Bureau De Change (BDC) operators exchanged the dollar at ₦1,395 for selling and ₦1,385 for buying.

According to market sources, the rates remained unchanged from the previous trading session as forex traders monitored market liquidity and demand.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) continued to distance itself from the parallel market, reiterating that individuals seeking foreign exchange transactions should approach authorised financial institutions.

At the official market, the CBN exchange rate recorded a highest rate of ₦1,366 per dollar and a lowest rate of ₦1,355 per dollar.
