Nigerian singer Adekunle Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold, has dismissed circulating rumours concerning his health.
The rumour began with a post on X, alleging that the singer underwent a bone marrow transplant to manage a health condition.
The tweet read: “Yes, he has, but since he’s had a bone marrow transplant, I don’t think it affects him that much anymore.”
However, the father of one did not hesitate to respond, humorously calling out the claim as baseless.
“It is how you people will just say things you don’t even know with so much confidence. No, I haven’t had a bone marrow transplant.”
The speculation may be connected to Adekunle Gold’s past revelation about living with sickle cell anaemia, which he openly shared in his 2022 song “5 Star.”
