BBNaija S10: Big Soso, Ivatar, Doris evicted

Three housemates, Big Soso, Ivatar, and Doris, have been evicted from the ongoing Big Brother Naija Season 10, tagged “Ten Over Ten”.

The triple eviction, announced during the live show on Sunday evening, marked the first time this season that three contestants left the house simultaneously. Their exit followed a week of public voting in which they polled the lowest number of votes.

With their departure, 19 housemates now remain in contention for the ₦150 million grand prize, the largest in the show’s history.

Doris Okorie, 33, an actor from Imo State, said before entering the house that she wanted to escape a “routine” life. She described her strategy as causing “some not-so-innocent problems” while on the show.

Big Soso, real name Sonia Amako, is a 28-year-old chef and lawyer from Kaduna. She aimed to use the platform to represent Northern Nigeria and inspire young women.

Ivatar, Ifeyinwa Okafor, 37, is a media personality and entrepreneur from Anambra State. She described joining the show as fulfilling a dream shared with her 18-year-old child, an avid fan of the programme.

Earlier in the week, Big Brother introduced a twist in which Mensan secured immunity after finding a red envelope, while Head of House Faith used his privilege to save Zita. The development put all remaining contestants at risk of eviction.

So far this season, Danboskid, Ibifubara, Otega, Kayikunmi, Victory, and Gigi Jasmine have all exited, while Sabrina withdrew on medical grounds.

Season 10 launched in July with 29 housemates, split across two days of introduction, and has since maintained its tradition of drama, competition, and surprise evictions.
