Former Big Brother Naija housemate Nomy has expressed remorse over the actions that resulted in her disqualification from the reality show’s ‘Show Ya Sef’ season.
The reality TV star, whose real name is Whitney Chukwu, made the disclosure during a recent X Space session.
Nomy apologised to her fans and acknowledged that she might have handled the situation differently if she had known how much support she had outside the house.
“I am sorry to anyone who I have let down. It wasn’t intentional,” she said.
“If I had known I had this much support waiting for me at home, I would have done everything that I could to get to the finale, but I guess it was just meant to work out this way.”
She also thanked her supporters for standing by her throughout her time in the house.
“I am sorry for letting you down, and I am fine,” she said.
“Thank you for checking on me. Thank you for supporting me, even when you didn’t have to. I am so blessed to have you guys, and I just want to say thank you. I can’t wait to speak and see each and every one of you.”
Her comments come after she was disqualified from the show on Monday for repeatedly defying house instructions.
