Bobrisky makes U-turn, says immigration arrest “April Fool”

Controversial crossdresser Bobrisky has backtracked on his purported detention by immigration authorities, saying that his initial post was an April Fools’ Day pranks.

Bobrisky raised concerns with a social media post alleging he had been arrested and was unaware of the reason.

He wrote: “Guys, have just been arrested by immigration in Nigeria. I don’t know what I did o”.

Although the prank has been revealed, it’s worth noting that Bobrisky has a history of legal troubles, including a previous arrest at the Seme border.

The Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) had also confirmed an arrest, stating Bobrisky was a “person of interest” in an ongoing investigation, but the exact reason remains unclear.

However, in a follow-up post, the controversial social media celebrity revealed that she was simply playing a trick on her audience.

Bobrisky’s prank comes a few months after she had stated that she left Nigeria to focus on her well-being.

The self-proclaimed transgender’s troubles date back to April last year when she was arrested and sentenced to six months in prison for abusing the naira.
