Nigerian real estate businessman Mohammed Odeh Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has officially handed TikTok influencer Habeeb ‘Peller’ Hamzat the documents for a property valued at N400 million.
The handover took place during a livestream on Friday, following Ochacho’s announcement the previous week that he would gift Peller a house to celebrate his wedding to Amadou ‘Jarvis’ Elizabeth.
During the presentation, Ochacho described the property as a “little part” of his broader plans for Peller.
The businessman made the gesture after Peller told him that some critics had questioned whether he would fulfil his promise. Ochacho subsequently invited Peller to collect the property documents.
“We that started from scratch do not package. That is why I do not operate with people on another level. I do not talk too much. They do not know that is the smallest gift I would give you in this life. The house is like N400 million. I will hand over the document to you,” Ochacho had said.
Peller attended the handover alongside members of his team, including his lawyer, while music producer Soso Soberekon was also present.
Ochacho asked Peller to acknowledge Soberekon, highlighting his close relationship with the music producer.
The businessman presented Peller with the payment receipt and official allocation letter for the property. He also handed over a document titled ‘Power of Attorney’, giving Peller legal authority over the property.
Ochacho said he had already completed the payment to the company handling the property to ensure that it would be registered in Peller’s name.
“This is the payment receipt. As we are gifting him, I will pay the company because I have to pay the company so it will not go down,” he said.
“This is the letter of allocation for a purchase because I already paid. It is a property measuring 400 square metres, fully detached duplex, a boys’ quarter, and a penthouse.
“This is the power of attorney over the property. I am going to sign it fully. The property will be completed in 60 days.
