Carter Efe reacts as Babcock disputes first-class degree claim

Nigerian skit maker and streamer, Carter Efe, has responded to claims by Babcock University rejecting a certificate purportedly showing that he graduated from the institution with a first-class degree.

The document, which recently surfaced online and went viral, sparked fresh reactions after the content creator had earlier claimed to have earned the academic distinction from the university.

In a video making the rounds on social media, the father of one appeared with members of his team to address the controversy.

He claimed to have heard that the university was looking for him but jokingly said they would not be able to locate him.

The entertainer also stated that if he eventually visited Babcock University, the institution would have to pay him N100,000 as a “ticket fee” to see him.

He added that he was already on his way to the school as those around him cheered in support.

“I hear say una dey look for me, una go pay N100k for ticket to see me. I dey come.”
