Several Nigerian celebrities have been nominated for the 2025 edition of the Trendupp Awards.
The Trendupp Africa Awards aim to honour influencers, content creators, brands, and organizations making significant impacts on society through social media.
Among the nominees for this year’s awards are well-known figures such as chess champion Tunde Onakoya, actresses Bimbo Ademoye, Ruth Kadiri, Nancy Isime, Omoni Oboli, and Regina Daniels. Others include content creators Kie Kie, Priscilla Ojo, Enioluwa Adeoluwa, Peller, Sabinus, Taaooma, Brain Jotter, Opeyemi Famakin, and Cubana Chief Priest, alongside several other notable personalities.
Themed ‘Still Explosive’, a total of 104 social media personalities were nominated in 17 award categories.
The judges for the 2025 edition of the award ceremony are Iyabo Ojo, Sam Onyemelukwe, Kelechi Amadi Obi and Ameyaw Deborah.
