Award-winning filmmaker and actress Funke Akindele has entered into a strategic partnership with Facebook to promote her upcoming feature film, ‘The Four: No One Fights Alone’.
Akindele announced the collaboration on her verified Instagram page on Thursday, explaining that the partnership is designed to expand the film’s reach and introduce it to audiences worldwide.
As part of the arrangement, the actress will share exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, premiere outfits and personal updates through her official Facebook pages ahead of the movie’s release.
Announcing the partnership alongside a teaser video, she wrote, “We’re taking THE FOUR to the world, and @Facebook is coming with us!”
“I’m so excited to announce my partnership with Facebook for THE FOUR: NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE! The love you’ve shown me and my stories over the years has brought us this far,” she added.
The filmmaker also encouraged her fans to follow her Facebook pages to access exclusive content and stay informed about developments surrounding the film before its premiere.
Produced by Funke Akindele Network (FAAN) and distributed by FilmOne Entertainment, ‘The Four’ explores themes of friendship, motherhood and resilience.
The movie features an ensemble cast comprising Akindele, Bisola Aiyeola, Chioma Akpotha, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Timini Egbuson, Lateef Adedimeji and Ali Nuhu. Singers Waje and Shoday also feature in the production.
The film is scheduled to hit cinemas nationwide on December 11, 2026, with advance ticket sales already underway.
