Nigerian TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has revealed that he nearly sold the Abuja mansion reportedly gifted to him by real estate businessman Ochacho.
Peller made the disclosure while discussing the property and the reason he initially considered putting it on the market.
The social media personality explained that his preference for living in Lagos, rather than Abuja, influenced his decision to consider selling the property.
Tribune Online had previously reported that Ochacho gifted Peller a mansion in Abuja as a wedding present.
However, Peller said he eventually reconsidered the decision after receiving advice from someone who reminded him of the significance of the property being a gift.
“I almost sold the house Ochacho gave me in Abuja because I prefer to stay in Lagos, but someone advised me not to sell it because it is a gift,” he said.
