The Nigerian gospel musician Dunsin Oyekan has talked candidly about his grieving and healing process after his wife Adedoyin Oyekan passed away.
Adedoyin died on May 18, 2019; however, her cause of death was not made public.
Oyekan, 40, disclosed in a recent Instagram post that he has been using his suffering as fuel to praise God for the past six years.
“Most people wondered how I survived. I didn’t numb the pain, I channeled it! I found closure in the Presence of God, understood from God’s perspective, accepted His sovereignty and found joy in His presence!” he wrote.
“That’s the path of Life… 6 years after, with tears of joy, all I still have to say is GOD IS GOOD!”
