While appearing on the Menisms Podcast, Daniel Etim Effiong revealed that his relationship with his wife remains the top priority in his home, even though he deeply loves his children.
Etim Effiong said he believes a strong marital bond should come first because it forms the foundation upon which a family is built. In his view, when the relationship between husband and wife is healthy, it creates a better environment for raising children.
“I mean, that’s a good question. I would say yes. I love my wife more than my children,” he said.
“My wife comes first before my children. Although they have a really special place in my heart.”

Daniel Etim Effiong married media personality Toyosi Phillips in 2017, and the couple have continued to build their family while maintaining active careers in the media and entertainment industry.
