Justin Bieber opens up on struggles with healing, anger issues

Canadian pop star Justin Bieber has candidly discussed his emotional struggles, expressing frustration with the relentless pressure to “heal” and acknowledging feelings of brokenness and overwhelming anger.

In an Instagram post, Bieber revealed that striving to meet others’ expectations of personal growth has left him feeling exhausted rather than fulfilled.

“The more I try to grow, the more self-focused I become, and it’s exhausting,” he wrote.

He expressed that despite efforts to improve, he often finds himself consumed by anger and burnout.

Bieber, however, pointed to his faith as his source of strength, saying that only Jesus inspires him to live for others.

“I’m tired of thinking about myself,” he added, underscoring a desire to shift his focus from self-help to selflessness.

The singer’s post struck a chord with many fans, resonating with those navigating similar emotional battles under the weight of public or personal pressure.

“People keep telling me to heal, don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already? I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues. I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them, and it just keeps making me more tired and more angry. The harder I try to grow, the more focused on myself I am. Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others, because honestly, I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?” he wrote.
