Lifestyle content creator Simi Sanya has revealed that she only knows how to prepare a few meals for her husband, insisting that her limited cooking skills have never affected their marriage.
Speaking during an interview on Talk Your Talk, Sanya rejected the notion that women should cook for their boyfriends simply because they are in a relationship.
“You can’t tell me to come to your house over the weekend and be cooking for you because we are in a relationship. Was that the plan? No. Didn’t I tell you before?”
She added that she was transparent about her cooking abilities before getting married, ensuring her husband had no unrealistic expectations.
“Like now, in my marriage, I only know how to cook spaghetti, yam and egg, bread and tea, and the boy has known, and he has not fought me since I got married, and he has been eating the spaghetti with all goodness of his heart. Did he die? No.”
