A video showing Nollywood actress Foluke Daramola allegedly struggling to get food at the lavish wedding reception of TikTok stars Peller and Jarvis has gone viral, sparking widespread reactions across social media.
The clip captured the actress seated beside her colleague, Omowunmi Ajiboye, during the couple’s white wedding held in Lekki, Lagos, on August 1, 2026.
As attendants moved around the reception serving meals, Foluke Daramola was seen repeatedly signalling to one of the servers in an apparent attempt to get food for herself and another guest seated beside her.
The moment quickly became a talking point online, with social media users divided over the incident. While some argued that there was nothing wrong with asking to be served at a wedding, others criticised the actress, claiming the action was unbecoming of a public figure. Others, however, defended her, insisting that every invited guest deserved to be served regardless of their celebrity status.
The white wedding marked the final phase of Peller and Jarvis’ marriage celebrations after the couple previously held their traditional wedding in Benin City and a civil ceremony.
