White Money threatens to sue Uche Maduagwu over ‘outcast’ remark

Big Brother Naija season six winner White Money has threatened to take legal action against self-proclaimed actor Uche Maduagwu over alleged defamatory comments made against him.

The controversy started after Maduagwu shared a video on Instagram in which he described White Money as an “outcast”.

He also alleged that a recently produced movie by Joseph Okechukwu was based on White Money’s life story, claiming that the reality TV star paid the producers to feature his narrative in the film.

“Tell Nigerians why you avoid going to your own village, is it not because you be OSU? 🙄 Even if everyone Dey critic*ze me, I will never allow you do it to me, for those who don’t know about White Money Story, especially about being an OSU, we get all the information, why is he hiding his True Igbo Identity?” he wrote.

In a video response shared on Instagram, White Money dismissed Maduagwu as a “nonentity who does not have an acting career”.

He accused Maduagwu of attempting to use him to gain online attention and said he would pursue legal action over the comments.

“Uche, I know I knew you when I was in Surulere hustling and doing my things. I never knew you were like this. I knew you were useless. You are a nonentity. You are the only Nollywood actor who has never acted in a movie,” he said.

“You look like someone who escaped from a life sentence. You need to stay alive and watch your mates progress. You do not need to die.

“How did you come about this? What concerns me? I know you enjoy beating. But this time around, just pray I do not see you with my eyes. You will understand whenever we cross paths. Before then, you are going to hear from my lawyers for this defamatory speech made in the name of chasing clout.”
