How Fura da Nono Is Usually Prepared

Ingredients

  • Millet flour

  • Ginger

  • Cloves

  • Water

  • Nono (fermented milk)

  • Sugar or honey (optional)

Steps

  1. Make the fura

    • Mix millet flour with ginger, cloves, and water to form a dough.

    • Roll dough into balls and boil until fully cooked.
