Air Peace resumes daily return flights between Ibadan, Abuja

Air Peace Limited has revealed that it will begin operating daily round-trip flights between Abuja and Ibadan.

In a statement posted on X on Friday, the airline said the service is scheduled to resume on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.

“Air Peace is pleased to announce the resumption of daily return flights between Ibadan and Abuja, starting December 24, 2025, following the reopening of Samuel Ladoke Akintola Airport, Ibadan, in Oyo State.

“With fares starting from ₦95,000, this route offers travelers in Ibadan and surrounding regions a convenient, reliable, and affordable connection to the nation’s capital, just in time for the festive season and beyond.”

This came a few hours after the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, approved commencement of flight operations at Ibadan Airport.

In February 2025, NCAA announced the closure of Ibadan airport for commencement of maintenance and upgrade works.
