The Brazilian Navy frigate F Liberal, carrying nearly 200 officers and troops, has arrived in Lagos.
The Brazilian Navy’s F Liberal (F-43) is a Niterói-class frigate. On September 20, 1970, the Brazilian Navy ordered the fourth ship of her class. Liberal debuted on February 7, 1977, and was commissioned on November 18, 1978.
