The Federal Government has announced a confirmed case of Ebola disease in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, and identified 44 close contacts for tracing to prevent further transmission.
This was revealed on Tuesday evening by Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Ali Pate.
The minister in a statement issued on Tuesday said there was a laboratory confirmation of the case.
