The Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) has called off its planned strike scheduled to begin on January 12.
The suspension was confirmed in a statement released on Sunday by Shuaibu Ibrahim, the association’s secretary-general.
NARD had earlier announced the industrial action following an update issued after its emergency national executive council (E-NEC) meeting held on January 2.
