Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has relieved eight Special Advisers of their appointments and approved the appointment of nine new advisers, who are expected to be sworn in on a date to be announced later.
The development was disclosed in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State, Dr. Shuaibu Magaji.
Those relieved of their appointments are Lawal Yakubu Karshi, Danlami Lawal Moroa, Haruna Kassim Idris, Gambo Abdullahi, Muhammed Usman Shege, Ibrahim Shekarau Dahiru, Engr. Moses Utondo and Elsie Monday.
The newly appointed Special Advisers are Barr. David Moyi Sule (Humanitarian Services), Jafaru Ango (Public Works), Alhaji Ado Dauda (Social Investment), Abdullahi Angibi (Political Matters), Prince Nuhu Dauda Shege (Rural Development), Joseph Attah (Information and Orientation), Dr. Felix Upav Saaior (Education), Peter Mbucho (Health) and Idris Suleiman Dansauka (Chieftaincy Affairs).
According to the statement, the date for the swearing-in ceremony of the newly appointed Special Advisers will be announced in due course.
