Old Trafford Stadium, the 74,000-capacity home of Manchester United, was turned into a massive prayer ground on Saturday as Nigerian cleric Pastor Jerry Eze hosted the NSPPD UK Prayer Conference.
Organised by Streams of Joy International, the gathering drew thousands of worshippers from across the United Kingdom and other parts of the world.
The free event featured prayers, worship and fellowship, with attendees required to register ahead of time due to limited capacity.
Demand for attendance reportedly exceeded the available spaces, with some prospective participants turning to social media platforms, particularly TikTok, to seek spare tickets after registration was said to have closed.
The conference also featured prominent gospel ministers, including Mercy Chinwo, Dunsin Oyekan, Sunmisola Agbebi and Kaestrings, who led worship sessions during the gathering.
The NSPPD UK Prayer Conference was among the major Christian gatherings to take place at the iconic Old Trafford stadium in recent times.
