Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission reportedly carried out an early-morning operation while also a lot of gunshot heard in parts of Akure, the Ondo State capital, on Wednesday.
The development reportedly drew the attention of residents in some parts of the city, although details of the operation remained unclear as of the time of filing this report.
