Canadian rapper Drake has lost a $1.5 million bet after Spain defeated Argentina 1-0 in the 2026 FIFA World Cup final.
The Grammy-winning artiste placed the wager on Argentina through the betting platform Stake.
Had Argentina emerged victorious, Drake would have taken home more than $5.1 million from the bet.
However, Spain scored in extra time to secure their second World Cup title, leaving Drake’s bet unsuccessful.
