Lilly, a social media influencer, announced the happy news with a black and white photo on Instagram showing her boyfriend, Lee Byrne, cradling their newborn as they left the hospital. She captioned the post, “2 becomes 3,” tagging Lee and adding a pink heart and baby emoji.
Lilly has been in a relationship with Lee Byrne—son of a convicted Irish gangster—since October 2022, a romance that drew media attention when it first surfaced.
