Victor Osimhen has finalized a permanent move to Galatasaray in a landmark deal worth €75 million—setting a new transfer record in Turkish football history.
The club confirmed the signing of the 26-year-old striker from Napoli in an announcement posted on X on Thursday.
Osimhen signed a four-year contract with Galatasaray, which will see him earn €15 million annually. The agreement also includes a €1 million loyalty bonus and €5 million in image rights.
Napoli will receive 10 percent of any profit from Osimhen’s future transfer.
As part of the deal, Galatasaray will pay €40 million upfront, with the remaining €35 million to be settled over the next year.
Additionally, the contract contains a clause barring Osimhen from joining any Serie A club for the next two years.
The move concludes a prolonged transfer saga, during which Osimhen was sidelined by Napoli at the start of last season.
He will aim to build on the impressive performance from his loan spell at Galatasaray, where he netted 37 goals and registered eight assists in 41 appearances, helping the club secure both the league and cup titles.
