Victor Osimhen found the back of the net as Galatasaray battled to a 3-3 draw against French side Rennes in a pre-season friendly on Sunday.
The Turkish champions are now without a win in their three pre-season matches, having previously suffered a 2-0 defeat to Monza and a 3-0 loss to Venezia.
Osimhen handed Galatasaray the lead in the 18th minute, but Esteban Lepaul restored parity for Rennes nine minutes later.
Gabriel Sara put Galatasaray back in front four minutes after the restart, before Lepaul struck twice more—equalising in the 58th minute and completing his hat-trick from the penalty spot three minutes later.
However, Baris Yilmaz salvaged a draw for Galatasaray by converting a stoppage-time penalty in the 94th minute.
Galatasaray will round off their pre-season preparations against Spanish side Villarreal next Saturday before opening the defence of their Turkish Super Lig title at home to Corum.
Osimhen enjoyed an impressive 2025/2026 league campaign, scoring 15 goals and providing five assists in 22 appearances as Galatasaray lifted the Turkish Super Lig title.
The 27-year-old secured his second consecutive league crown in Turkey after helping the club win the championship the previous season.
