I once ran errands for Don Jazzy, D’Banj — Davido

Grammy-nominated artist Davido has reminisced about his early music career, sharing that he once ran errands for renowned stars Don Jazzy and D’Banj.

In a viral video, Davido recalled driving his father’s Rolls-Royce to get McDonald’s for the pair while freestyling for them in Atlanta between 2007 and 2009.

“In Atlanta, 2007 or 2008 or 2009… In my father’s house, I was freestyling for Don Jazzy and D’Banj. He sent me to go and buy McDonald’s with my papa car — Rolls Royce,” he said.
