Senator representing Kogi Central, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has confirmed her membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Akpoti-Uduaghan called on Nigerians, particularly youths and party supporters, to do the same in order to strengthen the opposition platform.

The lawmaker disclosed this on her verified social media platforms.

She said she had completed her membership validation through the party’s electronic registration portal, adding that the PDP remains Nigeria’s strongest opposition platform.

She noted that the party requires the active participation of members across the country to deepen democratic engagement and promote political inclusiveness.

“The domain for PDP e-registration, pdpnigeria.org, is now secure,” she wrote on Facebook.

“I have validated my membership, do yours too. Register now. It is simple and easy.”

Akpoti-Uduaghan urged Nigerians, especially young people, to take advantage of the digital registration process.

She said the initiative would enable them to formally align with the party and contribute to shaping Nigeria’s political future.

The senator added that active participation by members is essential to strengthening democratic opposition and ensuring accountability in governance.

The PDP recently introduced its electronic registration platform to simplify membership enrolment and validation.

The platform allows members across the country and in the diaspora to register online.
