Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi has shared an alleged WhatsApp conversation that he claims involves Omowunmi, the widow of late Nigerian rapper, Mohbad.
It would be recalled that Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023, with tributes and condolences pouring in from fans and colleagues across the entertainment industry.
Despite multiple court proceedings and arrests, the exact circumstances surrounding his death have remained unresolved.
According to the alleged chat shared via the actor’s Instagram page, Wunmi reportedly expressed regret over pushing her husband, stating, “Sister if the truth comes out, my life is ruined“.
In the conversation, the woman she confided in was also said to have reassured her, while mentioning instructions about sending money to a cleric.
“Don’t worry my dear, we will always continue to drag them, but don’t forget to send the money so I can give alfa“, she stated.
Meanwhile, Wunmi Aloba is currently in an ongoing dispute with her father-in-law, Joseph Aloba.
According to her, Joseph is allegedly after Mohbad’s properties and has threatened to ruin her life if he cannot gain control of them.
She also alleged that he accused her of being responsible for Mohbad’s death and referred to her son, Liam, as a bastard.
