In a significant boost to educational development and youth empowerment in Ogun State, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, CON, FCA, popularly known as YAYI, has awarded scholarships and bursaries to 5,312 students across the state.
The education support initiative benefitted 1,735 students through scholarship awards, while 3,577 students received bursaries to assist with their academic expenses.
The intervention is aimed at easing the financial burden on students and their families, while encouraging academic excellence and ensuring that more young people have access to quality education regardless of their economic background.
