[TRENDING VIDEO] Knocks as Umahi reveals message ‘God sent him’ to deliver to S’East people about Tinubu

Social media has been buzzing after Nigeria’s Minister of Works and former Ebonyi governor, Dave Umahi, declared during a public engagement that God sent him to tell the people of the South-East that President Bola Tinubu has good intentions for them.

While highlighting federal road projects like the Enugu-Onitsha Expressway reviving under the current administration, he urged the Southeast to support Tinubu for 2027.

In part he said,”God sent me to tell the people of the South-East that President Bola Tinubu has good intentions for them.”

This divine claim sparked heavy backlash online, with critics mocking the invocation, accusing him of political manipulation, and pointing out local governance and regional issues.
