The NDC’s presidential candidate for 2027, Peter Obi, gave 15 million naira to Holy Rosary College of Nursing Sciences in Emekuku, Owerri, Imo State, on Friday to support its healthcare training and projects.
Videos, pictures captured students raising hands in joy while supporters praised his clean record and commitment to education and health, asking what he could do as president.
Though some called the amount small and questioned funding, the gesture highlights Obi’s philanthropy amid his campaign and NDC’s legal battles over registration.
