AS Roma defender Shukurat Oladipo has been named the Best Defender in the Serie A Femminile for the 2025/26 season, following her impressive performances for the Italian champions.
Oladipo played a crucial role in Roma’s league-winning campaign, featuring in 18 matches as the club secured its third league title in history.
The Nigerian international helped Roma maintain an unbeaten record in matches she played, with the team conceding only nine goals and keeping eight clean sheets during her appearances.
The defender was also named in the Serie A Femminile Team of the Season alongside three of her Roma teammates.
The Team of the Season includes Como Women goalkeeper Astrid Gilardi, while Oladipo was joined in defence by Juventus Women’s Estela Carbonell, Inter Milan Women’s Ivana Andrés, and Parma Women’s Caterina Ambrosi.
Roma trio Manuela Giugliano, Giulia Dragoni, and Giada Greggi made the midfield, while the attack featured Tessa Wullaert of Inter Milan Women, Martina Piemonte of Lazio Women, and Napoli Femminile forward Cecilie Fløe.
