Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday evening arrested former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Engr. Babachir Lawal who was suspended last year along the Director General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) by President Muhammadu Buhari.
