Dollar to Naira exchange rate today, July 19, 2026

The naira remained largely stable against the United States dollar in both the parallel and official foreign exchange markets on Sunday, July 19, 2026.

According to Bureau De Change (BDC) sources, the dollar exchanged at ₦1,425 per dollar for selling and ₦1,412 per dollar for buying at the Lagos parallel market, commonly known as the black market, based on rates recorded on Saturday, July 18.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has continued to maintain that it does not recognise the parallel market and advises individuals seeking foreign exchange transactions to use authorised commercial banks.
