The CEO of Air Peace, Chief Allen Onyema, has commended the Federal Government for its efforts in creating a favorable business environment in the aviation sector.

Speaking to journalists on Tuesday after a meeting with Vice President Kashim Shettima at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, Onyema emphasized the government’s commitment to enhancing the ease of doing business.

“I just had a session with the Vice President, and everything he emphasized is the government’s focus on promoting the ease of doing business,” Onyema said.

He also lauded Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo for his contributions to improving the sector. “I can attest that the government is making great strides, especially in aviation. Festus Keyamo is doing a fantastic job,” he noted.

Onyema expressed appreciation to the government for being responsive to the industry’s concerns and called for further support, particularly in addressing the numerous charges faced by airlines. “We are confident the government will take action to reduce these charges and continue supporting the aviation sector,” he added.
