The Appeal Court in Port Harcourt has ordered MultiChoice, a leading entertainment company, to sub-license some channels to Metro-digital in accordance with the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission’s code.
In his decision on Wednesday, Justice Olabode Adegbehingbe ruled that the lower court erred when it dismissed the Appellant’s (Metro-digital) suit, despite the fact that the appellant proved the existence of a dispute between itself and the first respondent (MultiChoice).
