Troops neutralize wanted bandit, others in Kebbi

Troops of the Nigerian Army forces have successfully neutralized a notorious wanted criminal known as Mai-Nasara within the Sangeko Forest in Kebbi State

Additionally, the unit has taken down two other individuals suspected of being part of the same criminal group, as stated in a press release signed by Ahmed Aliyu, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Kebbi State, on Monday.

Idris cited the Director of Security at the Cabinet Office in Birnin Kebbi, AbdulRahman Usman, who shared the remarkable achievement.

Commending the dedicated work of the security forces in combating criminal activities, particularly in the southern region of the state, Usman urged the local residents to provide essential cooperation and support to ensure their success.

He said, “Your support and cooperation are highly necessary for the security agencies to achieve the desired goal of flushing out criminals and restoring peace and normalcy in our land.”

“Therefore, there is a need for people to assist the security agencies with credible intelligence towards successful combats.”
