Controversial entertainment personality, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, led a protest to the INEC headquarters in Abuja on Monday to demand reforms and call for an end to under-age voting in Northern Nigeria and alleged inefficient Permanent Voter Card (PVC) delivery process.
