The proprietor, TipTop Schools, Akute ,Ogun State, Mr Oludare Akingbehin, has called for an anti-ritual campaign in schools nationwide.

He urged youths across the country to shun get-rich-quick acts such as ritual killing, internet fraud and robbery.

Akingbehin made the calls during the school’s fifth anniversary on Monday.

He said government at all levels, parents and guardians should partner to curb ritual killings, fraud and robbery among youths.

“Ritualism and cultism have reached an endemic proportion. Nigeria needs to re-evaluate our value system. We need to have an anti-ritualism campaign in school curricula,” he said.

While announcing that the school has been accredited by the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board to conduct Computer-Based Test for students seeking admissions into tertiary institutions nationwide, the proprietor said the school’s vision was to grow well-rounded, responsible and intelligent students.

“We have brought JAMB examinations closer to the people of Akute. We are an institution that frowns on exam malpractice, but upholds adequate staff training, excellent facilities and motivation to aid learning,” he added.
