The Trendupp Awards celebrate influencers, content creators, and brands that stand out in their use of social media across various fields and platforms.
With the theme “Still Explosive”, this year’s edition featured 104 nominees across 17 award categories.
The event, held at the Balmoral Hall of the Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island, honoured 104 nominees across 17 categories. Winners were chosen by a distinguished panel of judges, including Iyabo Ojo, Sam Onyemelukwe, Kelechi Amadi-Obi, and Ameyaw Deborah.
First-time nominee Pooja won the ‘Force of X (Twitter)’ award, while Peller and Jadrolita received the ‘Force of Virality’ prize. Famakin emerged as the winner in the ‘Force of Food Content’ category.
Lifestyle content creator Liquorose took home the ‘Force of Lifestyle Content’ award, while Veekee was named ‘Force of Influence (Nigeria)’ in recognition of her outstanding impact between March 2024 and March 2025.
The night was energized by a live performance from Nigerian singer Reekado Banks, who thrilled the audience with hit songs like ‘Easy Jeje’ and ‘Ozumba Mbadiwe’
