Popular Nigerian film actress, Opeyemi Aiyeola recently underwent an emergency surgery.
On March 31st, Sunday, the movie actor made this revelation via an Instagram post.
Opeyemi Aiyeola, though, withheld information regarding the process.
The 46-year-old thanked everyone who contacted her after noticing her absence on social media.
After a successful surgery, Opeyemi Aiyeola, who is presently recovering, said it feels fantastic to be back at home. She penned:
“Got every reason to be grateful to my Jehovah for his mercy and love. My 9ja trip that’s usually a working holiday ended up with me having an unplanned + emergency successful surgery, spending my holiday recuperating.
“To my handsome, beautiful n correct medical team, family n friends can’t appreciate you al enough for ur support, care and love Phase 2 of holiday with champs loading.
Good to be back home alive and recuperating well. To everyone who noticed my absence on social media and checked on me,e se modupe oo.”
Meanwhile, Nigerian actress Kate Henshaw has responded to rumours that the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, offered her a fee to remove all of her social media criticism of Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu and President Bola Tinubu.
Weeks ago, an X user named @Caulcrick claimed that the actress’s allegiance was bought by the APC, leading her to remove all of her hateful remarks directed at Tinubu and Sanwo-olu.
Reacting on Sunday morning, March 31, Kate Henshaw who recently lost her mother to the cold hands of death shared a screenshot of the report as she cursed both the X user and the blogger.
She explained that she had been silent on the accusations for personal reasons, daring the accuser to come up with evidence.
