Ilebaye is still relishing her triumph from the recently concluded season of “Big Brother Naija, All Stars.”
She emerged victorious over her near competitor, Mercy Eke, securing the substantial prize of N120 million.
During a recent “meet and greet” event dedicated to the former BBNaija ‘All-Stars’ contestants, held in Lagos and hosted by the digital financial services provider Moniepoint Inc, the reality TV star from Kogi State reflected on her post-BBNaija journey, describing it as “challenging” while also acknowledging the overwhelming support and positivity she’s received from her fans.
In her words, transitioning into life as a BBNaija winner and a celebrity has posed its challenges, especially for someone who became a millionaire at such a young age.
“It’s been stressful on social media and everywhere, especially the media rounds. I haven’t seen hate. If you drag me, my fans will drag you back. I am trying to get adjusted to this new me and I am working on creating a better version of myself,” she said.
The ex-housemates discussed their encounters with Moniepoint’s services on their individual personal and business banking platforms following their departure from the show.
When the BBNaija All Stars group visited his office on Lagos Island, Tobi Amira, the Senior Vice President of Business Loans and Salary Advance at the company, provided the housemates with a brief session about Moniepoint.
“As one of Africa’s largest fintechs, we saw mutual synergies which spurred us to sponsor this season of Big Brother Nigeria which is without doubt, one of the biggest reality and entertainment intellectual property in Africa. We are excited at what the future holds as we double down on powering dreams for businesses and individuals.”
The group of housemates who made the visit included the All Stars show champion, Ilebaye Odiniya, as well as Pere Egbi, Adekunle Olopade, Cynthia “Cee-C” Nwadiora, Ikechukwu “Cross” Okonkwo, Chukwuemeka “Frodd” Okoye, the Season Six winner, Hazel “Whitemoney” Oyeze, Seyi Awolowo, Doyinsola David, Ike Onyema, Somadina Anyama, and Prince Nelson.
