Reality star Doyinsola David, better known by her stage name Doyin, has sparked controversy once more with her suggestion not to date guys who are struggling financially.
Doyin reiterated her position on Snapchat just a day after making her earlier comments on the matter, advising young ladies not to date financially unstable males.
She maintained that these men might discover that their partners aren’t genuinely suitable with them when they eventually get wealthy.
Doyin urged women to choose financially secure men, stressing the value of selecting a mate who is likely to stick with you through good times and bad.
She shared an anecdote from a fan who credited Doyin’s teachings for positively influencing her relationship, praising her for her guidance.
In a somewhat controversial twist, Doyin also criticized men who are comfortable accepting financial support without reciprocating.
She labeled such behaviour as indicative of a lack of masculinity and even went as far as to suggest that women in such relationships are essentially in a “lesbian relationship.”
She gave these women hilarious advice, telling them to buy lip gloss and slap their boyfriends pleasantly.
Doyin continued, expressing sympathy for women in partnerships, pointing out that they frequently shoulder the majority of the burden in terms of both financial and emotional pressure.
