The Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality TV show’s second heads of house (HoH) is now Team Ndi Nne in season nine.
The Ndi Nne are Nneamaka Nwafor and Chinne Nwafor, aunt and niece, respectively.
Similar to Monday of last week, the remaining 26 housemates took part in a ballot game in which each pair had to select their favourite HOH.
Ndi Nne received the most votes following the game and was named the week’s HoH. In a surprising development, Biggie revealed last week that the HOH does not provide eviction immunity.
They get to choose the punishment for each housemate who is found wanting for the duration of the week. Last week, the two had also triumphed in the custodian challenge.
However, Mayor Frosh and Toby Forge’s Team Streeze won custodian challenge this week, giving them immediate immunity from the following eviction.
In the first week, the two have the power to influence nominations for potential eviction as the custodians.
The inaugural HoH title of this tournament went to the Mbadiwe Twins. Last night, Team Tami was eliminated from the show.
The 71-day run of BBNaija is scheduled to conclude on October 6. The season winner in 2024 would take home a N100 million cash prize.
