Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Imisi, has opened up about her difficulties adjusting to the pressures that come with fame, particularly the continuous expectation to always look glamorous.
During a recent public appearance, the reality TV star admitted that adapting to life in the spotlight has been challenging, pointing out that one of the toughest parts is the need to wear makeup regularly.
Imisi explained that she dislikes having products on her face or body hair, noting that she has always preferred a natural and simple look.
However, as a public figure, she now feels the pressure to maintain a polished appearance.
“So this is something I really need to adjust to. Honestly, I think I look good without all that, but because of what you’re trying to portray and how people expect you to appear, you’ve got to keep your hair, makeup, and nails done,” she said.
