Former BBNaija housemate Nina Ivy has talked about the difficulties she had following surgery for a breast reduction and lifting.
The reality TV star had previously revealed that she intended to have the procedure. She declared that she had “waited my entire life” to have the procedure done.
Ivy, however, posted a video of her puffy eye on Instagram following the procedure.
She disclosed that the cause was an allergy she had to the general anaesthesia utilised for the procedure.
“This is me after surgery. I react to general anesthesia so yes I always expect this after surgery,” she captioned the video.
“All the video I made was done two days after the surgery. My whole face was still recovering from the swell.”
In another post, the reality TV star acknowledged the surgery was painful but she did not feel it a lot because she has a”high pain tolerance”.
“The pain level, from a scale a of 1 to 10, mine was 6. I have a high tolerance for pain so I didn’t feel like a lot of pain after the surgery,” she said.
“It is very painful but you have you pain medications and all of that to help reduce the pain. You are seeing your body and you are looking good so who cares about the pain anyways.”
