Nigerian actor IK Ogbonna has recently shared an important message about personal cleanliness on his social media handle.
The renowned actor discussed the need for both men and women to practise better hygiene in his official Instagram account.
There are no short cuts, he said, so everyone should make sure to wear deodorants and ladies should use wipes to freshen up “down there.”
In addition, IK Ogbonna spoke to individuals who bleach their skin and advised everyone else to drink enough of water and take excellent care of oneself. On his Instagram feed, Ogbonna posted:
“My people, this is not meant to insult anyone, but let’s discuss a serious matter hygiene. If you’re not using deodorant, there’s a very high chance you’re smelling and may not even be aware of it. Let’s do better! Ladies, perfume is not enough. Use wipes to freshen up down there— no shortcuts.
And for everyone, body spray or deodorant is a must. Oral hygiene is important too-brush your teeth properly! Please remember, your tongue is part of your mouth, so don’t ignore it.
